The Crimson
Crones enjoyed a wonderful holiday luncheon at the Stockpot
Restaurant in Tigard. The private room had a magnificent
Christmas Tree, and holiday decorations adorned the walls.
Since Queen
Jill could not attend, Crimson Crone Linda Brown took over as
hostess. Word got back to Queen Jill that Linda did a
fabulous job, and her time and creativity was appreciated by all.
Despite the fact that Queen Jill couldn't be there, she surprised
the chapter with a surprise visit from Santa Claus. He sang
Christmas carols with the gals and handed out candy canes and gifts.
Linda arranged for the ladies one at a time to sit on Santa's lap
and tell him what they wanted for Christmas. With young-at-heart
enthusiasm, their laughter and giggles filled the room along with plenty
of "ho ho ho's" from Santa.
The gals
concluded the festivities with a "white elephant" gift exchange
and lots of hugs for their Crimson Crones sisters.
These first
pictures were submitted by Crimson Crone Karen Breamer. (See
row 1, photo 1, with Santa.)
Thank you so much. We look forward to other photos from some of the
other Crimson Crones who attended to add to this web page.
Happy
Holidays, everyone!
